The hotel offered comfortable beds but lacked cleanliness with towels not being replaced regularly. Despite the need for better customer service and improved amenities like changing the shower curtains, the cozy beds made for a pleasant stay. The location was near the city center, close to the seafront, and had access to a lovely beach. Although the dining options included fish, other aspects could be upgraded.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the old town and Figueretes beach, with basic but clean rooms and a balcony. While they were never cleaned during my stay and towels were not replaced, having a window overlooking the indoor patio was nice. The service requires improvement, especially in customer service, but the availability of car hire, housekeeping, shuttle service, paid shuttle service, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance was appreciated. The dining experience was included and highlighted by delicious home-made ice cream. Overall, the facilities were sufficient, offering a moderate level of comfort and convenience.
